  • maintaining momentum for transformation through the change in government
  • incorporating individual change initiatives into a coherent, overarching strategy under the Transforming Justice brand.
  • strengthening and deepening the leadership coalition, which contributed to a widespread and growing confidence that 'Transforming Justice' is on track to deliver on its objectives.
