Transformation in the Ministry of Justice: 2011 Interim Evaluation Report

The Institute for Government's second report on the progress of the Ministry for Justice's ‘Transforming Justice' programme.

Our findings reflect notable successes in bringing about change including:

• maintaining momentum for transformation through the change in government
• incorporating individual change initiatives into a coherent, overarching strategy under the Transforming Justice brand.
• strengthening and deepening the leadership coalition, which contributed to a widespread and growing confidence that 'Transforming Justice' is on track to deliver on its objectives.
