How can I watch the livestream of an event?

Those that are registered for the event will receive a link, via the email address they signed up with, 30 minutes before the event begins.

How can I watch/listen to past events?

After every event we upload the video, audio and photos to the event webpage. View our past events.

How do I cancel or transfer my registration to a colleague?

When you register for an event, you will receive a confirmation email, with a link to view, cancel, or transfer your registration to someone else. 

At the bottom of the email, click the ‘sign in’ button. If you are signing in for the first time, you will be presented with a screen that will list your personal information (first name, last name, organisation, etc.)

Make sure to click the ‘next’ button and then the ‘done’ button on the bottom right of the next screen after reviewing your ‘privacy preferences’. Then click on the ‘Manage orders’ option. 

To cancel your ticket, select the dropdown next to ‘EDIT’ in the dropdown menu and select ‘Cancel order’.

On the next screen you will need to give a reason for cancelling in the description box, and then select the ‘Cancel order’ button. You will then receive an email confirming your cancellation. 

To reassign your ticket, click the Edit icon. The Edit details panel will open. You can then modify any current details you have to those of the new assignee.

Then click ‘Save’. The new assignee will receive an email confirming this change and they will receive all continuing correspondence related to the event.

I have a disability. Am I able to attend your events?

We are committed to ensuring that the widest number of people can enjoy our events when choosing to attend our building. When filling in a registration form for an event, we have a section on ‘accessibility requirements’, where you can provide details on how we can best support you when you attend an IfG event. 

If you are watching our events online, we have open captions available on our livestreams on both YouTube and Slido. All our events are recorded, and you can view and listen back to these by viewing our past events.
