Vigyan joined the Institute for Government as a Research Assistant at the beginning of 2014 and has been working exclusively on the Political Economy of Growth & Institutional Reform project. He has a postgraduate degree in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an MSc Economic History from the London School of Economics. His research interests include long run growth and education, particularly from a political economy perspective.
