Jack joined the Institute as an intern working on devolution. He recently completed his MPhil in Political Theory at the University of Oxford, writing a thesis on contemporary hegemony theory. Prior to this, he was an undergraduate in Philosophy and Politics at St. Chad’s College in Durham University.
