Euan McCarthy

Euan was an intern at the Institute, working on issues around tax policy and local delivery of public services. He graduated from the University of Bristol in July 2016 with a BA in French and Spanish. During his degree, he worked at a publishing house in Paris and also studied at the Catholic University of Chile in Santiago.
