In conversation with John Bercow

The Institute for Government welcomed the Rt Hon. John Bercow MP, Conservative Member of Parliament for Buckingham and Speaker of the House of Commons, to speak about the making of a modern parliament.

He was in conversation with Bronwen Maddox, Director of the Institute for Government.

The Right Honourable John Bercow MP was elected Member of Parliament for Buckingham in May 1997. In 2009 John was elected as the 157^th Speaker of the House of Commons.
