Former senior researcher

Jonathan led the Institute’s work on change management and transformation in Whitehall. Before this he worked in asset management, focusing on better ways to regulate the independent financial sector. Between 2009 and 2011 he was a Thouron Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, and has previously worked in journalism and publishing.
