Former associate Director

Emily was an Associate Director at the Institute leading our Performance Tracker, a data-driven assessment of the performance of Government. Emily led our report on digital in government, as well as working on central government responsibilities and the Whitehall Monitor report. Before that, she completed a Wellcome-funded PhD on senile dementia in 19th-century Britain, at the University of Warwick. She began her career as a secondary school teacher in London.
