Programme Officer

Saudamini is a Programme Officer in the IfG Academy, specialising in project management across the Academy's suite of learning and development activities. She oversees the development of new process and systems within the team, ensuring smooth end-to-end planning and delivery.

Saudamini studied International Relations and Development at university, where she researched public protest and democracy, as well as the socio-political impacts of digital governance and online misinformation. Prior to joining the institute, she worked in the international development charity sector with a focus on women’s economic empowerment.
