Working to make government more effective

Rosa is a researcher, working on policy making. She recently completed a PhD in economic history looking at how attitudes to tax changed in Britain between 1945 and 1992. During that time, Rosa spent six months on secondment in the Cabinet Office Open Innovation Team.

She also has an MPhil in economic and social history, and a degree in history. She has previously worked as an analyst for the climate think tank InfluenceMap.
