Paul Gray

Paul Gray, CB, is Chairman of the Social Security Advisory Committee, and an Associate of Praesta Partners LLP, the executive coaching firm. Previously he was Executive Chair of HM Revenue and Customs, Second Permanent Secretary at the Department for Work and Pensions, and has twice independently reviewed the Personal Independence Payment assessment process.
