Former researcher

Jack was a researcher working on the ‘Review of the UK Constitution’. He previously worked on the Institute’s research on ministers.

Before joining the Institute, he worked at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs in Washington DC. He completed a masters in Latin American studies in 2020.
