Gemma Byrne

Gemma was an intern at the Institute from March to May 2017, working in the Whitehall Monitor and Performance Tracker Teams. Gemma graduated in 2016 from the University of Oxford, having studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics. During her second year, Gemma worked as a policy intern at the Mental Health Foundation. After graduating, she spent six months as a policy and campaigns intern at The Patients Association, and a research and campaigns volunteer at her local Citizens Advice.
