Emma Maloney

Emma Maloney was responsible for managing all aspects of the PCF’s business, and works closely with the PCF board to engage new members and implement a successful programme of seminars and events. Emma joined the PCF in September 2016 on secondment from the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), where she worked for 10 years. Prior to the IPCC, Emma spent time as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Culture, Media & Sport, and as an Inspector at the Health and Safety Executive. Emma also manages the Association of Chief Executives (ACE).
