Christina has worked in the Conservative Research Department, as a Special Adviser and latterly as Director of Candidates in CCHQ. Moving to the Leadership Centre for Local Government as senior special adviser, she continued her research while working with political groups within local government. She has recently concluded a study on the training needs for newly elected Conservative MPs. In March 2010 Dominic Grieve QC MP appointed her as his chief of staff.
