Alistair Baldwin

Alistair was a senior researcher working on the Institute's transport policy project. He is also a senior specialist transport planner at Newcastle City Council.

Alistair has worked on devolution, Clean Air Zones, climate change and transport policy. He previously worked for the North East Combined Authority and Hertfordshire County Council. He is also a Crook Public Service Fellow on UK regional inequality with the University of Sheffield.
