What makes a good prime minister?

The new Prime Minister is expected to be in place before summer recess. They will need to set up their office, choose their Cabinet and outline their priorities, at the same time as dealing with Brexit and the challenges of minority government. What skills do they need to do this well? And what can they learn from those who have gone before?

Our panel, who have served in various administrations, discussed what the incoming Prime Minister needs to do to ensure they achieve their goals.
