How to build a long-term plan for infrastructure

How should the government respond to the National Infrastructure Assessment?

The first National Infrastructure Assessment has now been published. This event asked how the Government should respond, and how this assessment can help create a more long-term approach to infrastructure planning.

Our panel included:

  • Sir John Armitt, Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission
  • Stephen Hammond MP, former Transport Minister
  • Sara Drake, Chief Executive Officer, Association for Project Management

The event was chaired by Nick Davies, Programme Director at the Institute for Government and author of How to Transform Infrastructure Decision Making in the UK.

We would like to thank the Association for Project Management for supporting this event.
