This event features a panel discussion exploring the challenges and approaches for leading major reforms across the Civil Service from the centre (Cabinet Office and HM Treasury).  

Speakers include Stephen Kelly, Government Chief Operating Officer, Sara Weller, Lead Non-Executive Director at DCLG and previously Managing Director at Argos, Lord (Andrew) Adonis, who headed the Number 10 Policy Unit and led the introduction of academy schools, and Lord (Andrew) Turnbull, former Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service. The discussion is introduced and chaired by Peter Thomas, Programme Director at the Institute.

This event was the second in the series The Future Shape of Whitehall, a collaboration between the Institute for Government and PwC.
