Nehal Davison

Associate

Nehal is a Principal Adviser at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in the New Zealand Government. ​

Nehal worked at the Institute for Government from July 2012 to January 2017. She led the Institute’s first edition of the public services Performance Tracker and managed the Institute’s Leadership for Government programme for ministers and shadow ministers in the run-up to the 2015 election. Nehal also co-authored research reports on local delivery of public services, civil service reform and public service markets.

Prior to joining the Institute, she worked in PwC’s Government and Public Sector Advisory Practice, then at Demos and the British Council. She holds a MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford and a BA History degree from UCL.
