Mark O'Brien

Research Assistant

Mark was a research assistant working on the Institute’s government outsourcing and Ministers Reflect projects. He graduated from Cambridge University with a BA in Philosophy, and has previously co-authored student policy papers on NHS reform and tackling political short-termism in UK decision making.

Mark was also instrumental in establishing the Secretariat to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Future Generations.
