Brexit: What now for UK immigration policy?

Leaving the EU offers an opportunity to rethink the UK’s immigration policy and to design and implement a new immigration system.

The latest event in the Institute for Government’s popular Brexit series sought to answer:

• How we decide on the UK’s future immigration system?
• The legal and administrative options for reducing immigration?
• How should Government engage with public concerns over immigration?

 Audience members were invited to submit questions on these challenges in advance to be put to our expert panel which included:
