Will was an intern at the Institute from October 2015 – March 2016. He has previously worked for the BBC World Service, Rachel Reeves MP and a public affairs consultancy. He has a degree in Modern History and International Relations from the University of St Andrews and a Masters in World History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Thouron Scholar.
