Working to make government more effective

Harriet is a researcher in the devolution team.

After graduating in 2023, with a BSc in Politics and Philosophy, Harriet worked as a research consultant at SQW. In that role, she contributed to projects across economic development, health and education, primarily for clients in local government and combined authorities.

She joined the institute in July 2025.
