Previous appointments

Professor Dawson was Director of Cambridge Judge Business School from 1995 to 2006, and prior to that was Professor of Organisational Behaviour (1990-1995) and Deputy Director of the Management School (1987-1994) at Imperial College, London University. Between 1999 and 2009 she was Master of Sidney Sussex College, University of Cambridge.

Research interests

Organisational structure, leadership and change; technology transfer and knowledge sharing; health management and health policy.
