Christopher was an intern at the Institute, working on devolution. Prior to joining the Institute, he completed a BA in International History and Politics and an MA in Modern History from the University of Leeds. He subsequently worked for Suffolk County Council, UCL’s Constitution Unit and as a language teacher in Spain.
