The Institute for Government hosted an international one-day virtual conference looking at the route to net zero ahead of COP26, the United Nations climate change summit that the UK will host in Glasgow in November. With many countries having adopted targets, the conference explored the challenges they will face in delivering them identified in the Institute's recent report on net zero.
