He was in conversation with Bronwen Maddox, director of the Institute for Government. This was followed by an audience Q&A.
Dr Liam Fox MP served as secretary of state for international trade from 2016 to 2019 and secretary of state for defence from 2010 to 2011. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been the Member of Parliament for North Somerset since 1992.
