The Institute for Government welcomed the Rt Hon. Andrea Leadsom MP, Conservative Member of Parliament for South Northamptonshire, Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons.
At this event, she gave a speech on the legislative landscape and Brexit, and was in conversation with Bronwen Maddox, Director of the Institute for Government. This was followed by a Q&A with the audience.

The Rt Hon. Andrea Leadsom MP started her career in finance and has been a Member of Parliament representing South Northamptonshire since 2010. She became the Leader of the House of Commons in June 2017.
