Ian Moss

Ian was a Whitehall Fellow at the Institute on secondment from the Ministry for Justice. He has Whitehall experience as an official at HM Treasury, Oftel, the Cabinet Office and the Department for Work and Pensions. He is currently researching Government commissioning for provision of public services and supporting the Institute's work on Arms length body reform.
