Rt. Hon. Nick Clegg talks about his vision for better government

As a possible kingmaker in the next Parliament, Nick Clegg will set out his vision for effective , transparent and decentralised governance of Britain in a major speech for the Institute for Government.

Nick is the MP for Sheffield Hallam and was Europe spokesman  and Shadow Home Secretary  before becoming leader of the Liberal Democrats  in December 2007. Prior to this, Nick was an MEP and co-founded the Campaign for Parliamentary Reform in the European Parliament in addition to lecturing at Sheffield and Cambridge universities.
