An important book for Tories?

Today I was given a copy of Mindspace, published by the Institute for Government and the Cabinet Office.
It is a primer on behavioural science as it concerns public policy. I've been flicking through it this afternoon and even cursory reading suggests an important piece of work.
The era of no money is going to see public policy goals pursued through behaviour change. And that means a better grasp is required on the underlying science.
Mindspace looks like it might be a good place for policy makers to start."
