The Lord Chief Justice, The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd gives a keynote speech on The Judiciary, the Executive and Parliament: Relationships and the rule of law. 

The speech explores ways in which the three branches of the State can and do work together; and how this benefits the rule of law and our democratic system.

The event is chaired by Peter Riddell, Director, Institute for Government.
