Personalised learning

Personalised learning

The Institute works with individuals on a personal basis to develop their confidence and capabilities, be they in the political or public service spheres, and to improve their effectiveness in their roles.

Method and Outcomes

Our approach is bespoke and confidential, offering a non-judgemental and supportive environment for exploring needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to help individuals find the right route to making real and lasting change.

As part of the programme, we offer access to independent coaching services. The experience provided will be of the highest calibre, utilising personal analysis, reflection and action to enable participants to achieve success against identified objectives in one or more areas of their life or work.

Mentoring by senior figures from both within the public service and other organisations is another area of personalised learning provided. A good matching of individual and mentor can, at its best, provide a powerful forum for knowledge and experience to be shared and tested, as well as for networks to be built and extended in new directions.
