Review of the performance management system of the Civil Service and the process of capability review, with the Cabinet Secretary;
Behavioural economics project, with the Head of Government Communications, looking at influences on citizens' behaviour;
Leading the local incentives strand of the Operational Efficiency Programme for the Chief Secretary;
Total Place initiative on local incentives and empowerment - chairing a Senior Officials reference group, looking at how Government can learn from the 13 pilots.
